Be her friend! She is really nice and will buy you gifts. But don't ask too many times because from my experience its so annoying!
She is always willing to make new friends. She doesn't come on much because she spends all her time with her horses. SHE LOVES HORSES! Just remember those. They will help you when talking to her.
